"About Our Faith"
We believe Jesus is Alive and invites everyone into a personal, growing relationship with God. This relationship is the path to living faith, spiritual rebirth, and life-changing experiences of God's love.
The Bible Is God's Word and sets the standard for what we believe, what we teach, and how we should live.
The Christian Life depends on community so we gather as a church to share real life, joys and burdens. Jesus teaches that our love for each other will show the world that he really is who he claims to be.
Faith shows through our actions . Every believer, regardless of background, gender, age, or ability has unique gifts and opportunities to show the goodness of God, and we endeavor to learn together how to find our gifts, apply them in life, walking together to bring joy to the world.

As a local expression of God's Church, we here at The Presbyterian Church Of Johnstown
desire and are committed to ministry with and for Jesus Christ our Lord. We believe God has called us to build strong believers and families who can effectively demonstrate the message of God's Grace and Love through the example of everyday life. Therefore, we endeavor to provide ministries to the people that will educate, equip, encourage, and empower them to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with others.
